Jean-Pascal Hamet has been at the helm of the Quai 17 restaurant since 2005. With 12 years’ experience in a well-known establishment in Sète, he has succeeded in making Quai 17 a table that counts on the unique island.
He opts for a cuisine dedicated to highlighting the product. The port of Sète and the Thau Basin provide the basis for Sétoise specialities: oysters, shellfish, fish soup, monkfish stew, and allow him to reinterpret a contemporary, gastronomic cuisine with Mediterranean accents.
